Kelsey Robins

I am a master's level mental health counselor who has been practicing since 2021. I am fully licensed in the state of Tennessee and in the process of having my license transferred to Georgia. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Carson-Newman University in 2020 and my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Lincoln Memorial University in 2022.

I work with all ages and focus on areas of grief, anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management, self esteem, athletes, and more. Supporting athletes is one of my passions as I was a collegiate swimmer at Carson-Newman University with experience in mental health in sports for 18 years. I understand first hand how taxing it can be to juggle sports with school and the social aspects of life. Growing up, I have dealt with a lot of loss within family and friends. One particular loss very dear to my heart, taught me at a young age the struggles of grief. From this point on, I felt called to help others struggling with grief to navigate through a new normal and in the words of my beloved one how to "Keep Going Strong."  I hope to make others feel worthy and loved and know that they are not alone in life through their struggles.

Are you struggling? Are you not sure where to begin? Do you just need someone to listen and help explore those intense thoughts and feelings? I hear you! As a dedicated mental health counselor, I am committed to providing compassionate and effective support to individuals navigating their mental health journeys. With a focus on creating a safe and non-judgmental space, I work collaboratively with my clients to develop personalized strategies for coping, healing, and growth. My goal is to empower individuals to achieve emotional well-being and lead fulfilling lives. My approach is person-centered, humanistic, and CBT but can vary based on the client's needs.
