YOUR FIRST THERAPY SESSION

Prior to your first visit, you will receive electronic paperwork to complete.  This allows us to spend the entirety of the first session focused on you.  During this initial intake session, we will walk through your current challenges and concerns.  We will also ask questions to help us learn more about your past and current life stages.  All the information we gather during an intake session will be used to create a personalized treatment plan to best help you achieve your goals in therapy. 

THERAPY INSURANCE AND PAYMENT

We are proud to accept a range of insurance: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare. For those who prefer self-pay, our fee is $125 per session. Please note that not all of our counselors are able to accept insurance.
